　　外观方面，马自达EZ-6运动版与普通版车型基本保持一致，但在一些细节上有所调整。新车搭载黑色前后包围以及侧裙，当然，最有辨识度的调整是搭载了19英寸熏黑轮圈以及红色刹车卡钳。

　　内饰方面，新车同样在一些细节上进行了调整。主要变化是搭载黑色麂皮材质的运动座椅，同时在多处细节采用黑色和红色缝线，并且扶手箱、空调出风口还采用了黑色烫印工艺装饰。

　　参考此前推出的马自达3昂克赛拉黑曜版以及马自达CX-30黑曜版，预计马自达CX-5黑曜版在整体设计延续在售车型的基础上，将配备黑色外后视镜、轮圈以及行李架，进一步提升运动气息。此外，新车很可能在内饰方面也会进行一定调整，或提供新的内饰配色。
